Bhupinder Hooda's clarion call to state officers

Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has given a clarion call to officers and officials of the state government to work with utmost zeal, dedication and co-operation so that the state could move march rapidly on the path of progress and all-round development.
Mr Hooda, who attended his office for the first time being sworn in yesterday, was addressing officers and employees who called on him today. He said that during the last four-and-a-half years, employees from Class-IV to officer level, had made a great contribution to implementation of the policies and programmes initiated by his government.
“Since the people have given another chance to the Congress Party to serve them, it is the moral duty of the government to meet their expectations by doing hard work and by ushering in a new era of development”, the Chief Minister said adding that unstinted co-operation and support of all people was imperative for achieving the desired results.
He observed that during the last four-and-a-half years, both employees and officers had contributed a lot to the progress of the state. He appealed to them to work with added zeal and utmost dedication in future also, so that a new era of peace and development could be ushered in the state.
While welcoming the Chief Minister, the Chief Secretary, Mr. Dharam Vir, said that it was vital for the progress and development of the state that Mr Hooda had become the Chief Minister again. Unparallel and unmatched progress had been made in the State during his last regime as Chief Minister.
He assured Mr Hooda that the policies and programmes of the state government would be implemented vigorously. Besides, all employees and officers would provide unstinted co-operation to the government. He lauded the vision of the Chief Minister and said the people of Haryana would always remember the contribution made by him to the overall development of the state.
The Senior Secretary to the Chief Minister, Mr. Shadi Lal Kapoor, welcomed the Chief Minister on behalf of the private secretaries, personal assistants and the Stenos’ Association and made the assurance that they would fulfill the expectations of the Chief Minister by the dint of their hardwork.
The Class-III Civil Secretariat Association President, Mr Anoop Rathi, Class-IV Union President, Atma Ram Bishnoi, Driver Association President, Mr. Partap Singh Rana, and President of the Police Association, Mr. Ranbir Singh Shekhawat, also welcomed the Chief Minister.
Earlier, the Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Mr. M. L. Tayal, Additional Principal Secretaries to the Chief Minister, Mr. Chatter Singh, and Dr. K. K. Khandelwal, Deputy Principal Secretary, Mr. R. S. Doon, OSDs Mr. M. S. Chopra and Mr. B. R. Beri, also greeted the Chief Minister when he reached in the office.
Senior officers, including financial commissioners, commissioners and secretaries, heads of department and senior police officers were also present on the occasion.
