Haryana to conduct SETC tests 4 times in a year

The Haryana Government has decided to conduct State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Applications (SETC) for recruitment to the post such as Data Entry
Operators, Office Associates, Clerks, Clerk-cum-Steno Typist and Clerk-cum-Computer Operators or promotions at various levels. The test will be held atleast four times a year.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that the tests would be conducted by the Department of Electronics and Information Technology. Detailed guidelines would be issued for conducting the Eligibility Tests to ensure the highest standards of secrecy and the quality of the SECT examination by the Department of Electronics and Information Technology.
He said that conducting of this test would also supplement the efforts of the State Government to give impetus to e-Governance projects and applications of IT in the Government offices of the State. The pass percentage of the candidate would be 50 per cent.
Further, there would be no restrictions on number of chances to appear and pass the test. Those candidates who would be declared successful or eligible would be awarded a certificate of eligibility by the Department of Electronics and Information Technology.

YES, it is true and letters in this regard are circulated through out Haryana, but the any candidate willing to apply for the examination where he should search and how he can get the forms, what is the eligibility criteria to appear for examination etc are not clearly mentioned OR provided.
