CHANDIGARH, APRIL 21 The Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders of 26 IAS officers and one HCS officer with immediate effect.
Vijai Vardhan, Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary, Printing & Stationery Department has been given the additional charge of Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary, Archaeology & Museums Department.
P.K.Das, State Project Director, Haryana Prathmic Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad and Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamic Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) has been posted as Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission and Commissioner, Food and Drugs Authority, Haryana in place of Anand Mohan Sharan who has been posted as Additional Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi and Director and Special Secretary, Rural Development Department relieving Shrikant Walgad of the said charge.
Avtar Singh, Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula has been appointed as Director and Special Secretary, Agriculture Department and Managing Director, Haryana Seeds Development Corpn., in addition to his present assignment during the training period of Ashok Kumar Yadav.
Anil Kumar, Director and Special Secretary, Secondary Education Department has been posted as Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar in place of Balbir Singh Malik, who has been posted as Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala.
Arun Kumar, Transport Commissioner and Special Secretary, Transport Department and Advisor and Special Secretary, Civil Aviation Department goes as Managing Director, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitaran Nigam, Panchkula and Additional Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasarn Nigam Ltd vice Vijayendra Kumar, who has been posted as Joint Secretary Revenue & Disaster Management Department in place of S.K. Goyal and Joint Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management-II Department, Director, Consolidation of Holdings, Director, Land Records, Haryana, Special Collector (HQ) and Special LAO during the training period of Balwan Singh.
Krishan Kumar, Director and Special Secretary, Employment and Public Health Engineering Departments has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Warehousing Corporation in place of Ashok Khemka who has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Secondary Education Department in place of Anil Kumar. Sant Kumar, Director and Special Secretary, Primary Education Department has been posted as Director, Industrial Training and Vocational Education vice Pankaj Yadav and Director, Science & Technology during the training period of Sandeep Garg and Director and Special Secretary, Women and Child Development Department during the training period of M.P.Bansal.
Sandeep Garg, Director, Science & Technology has been given the additional charge of Managing Director, Women Development Corporation relieving M.P.Bansal of the said charge.
A.K.Singh, Secretary to Governor has been posted as Transport Commissioner and Special Secretary Transport Department and Advisor and Special Secretary, Civil Aviation Department. Mohinder Kumar, Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala has been posted as Secretary to Governor.
