HSBTE allow one more mercy chance to diploma students

The Haryana State Board of Technical Education (HSBTE) has decided to allow one more mercy chance to all diploma students of 2003 batch or earlier who could not complete their diploma course within double the duration of the course.
As per a letter issued by the Board, these students may avail the mercy chance during the Board Examination scheduled to be held in June/July, 2010. A fee of Rs 1,000 per paper for the mercy chance shall have to be deposited by the candidate in the Account No. – 0087000111223535 of HSBTE in any CBS Branch of Punjab National Bank. The candidates should submit PCA forms along with original fee receipt to their respective Principals preferably upto May 7, 2010.
The candidates shall be appearing in the new prevailing subject identities with current curriculum in the respective subject along with the regular candidates, as far as possible. Such candidates will appear in the examination in their respective institute(s).
All the Principals have been urged to submit the applications received in original along with details of such candidates by intimating the subjects/identities in which they are appearing, preferably, upto May 10, 2010 so that equivalency may be finalized and required secrecy material may be prepared well before time.
