MDU admission notice to various courses

The Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak has issued admission notice for admission to various post-graduate courses, five-year integrated courses and diploma courses to be conducted at various educational departments of the University and P.G. Regional Centre, Mirpur, Rewari.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of the University said that the courses which were available at P.G. Regional Centre, Mirpur, Rewari included M.A. in English and History, M.Com and M.Sc. in Mathematics. Applications for admission to the courses available at P.G. Regional Centre Mirpur should be submitted to the Director, P.G. Regional Centre, Mirpur, Rewari.
Referring to the courses being conducted in the MDU premises, he said that admission to some courses would be made by holding an entrance test and to some courses without entrance test. The courses for which entrance test would be held include M.A. in English, Economics, Geography, Journalism, Mass Communication and Psychology; M.Sc. in Bio-Chemistry, Genetics, Botany, Environmental Science, Environmental Biotechnology, Zoology, Medical Biotechnology, Bio-Informatics, Agricultural Biotechnology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Medical Lab Technology, Forensic Science, Fermentation and Microbial Technology, Microbiology, LLM, M.P.Ed and B.P.Ed., Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Mathematics with Computer Science.
The courses to which admission would be made without holding entrance test included M.Com, Master in Retail Management, M.Lib and Information Science, M.Sc. in Statistics, M.A. in Hindi, Defence Studies, Fine Arts, Sanskrit, Music, Political Science, Public Administration, History, Education, Social Science, P.G. Diploma in Translation, P.G. Diploma in Remote Sensing and G.I.S., Certificate course in Urdu, 3-year Advance Diploma in Dance and Certificate course in Harmonium, 5-year Integrated Course in Mathematics (Hons.), Economics (Hons.) and Commerce and 6-year Integrated Course in Visual Arts (Painting).
The last date for submitting applications for the courses conducted by MDU Rohtak would be June 14.
