Fancy Dress competition at DPS Pinjore

by Haryananewswire (Balbir)
PINJORE (HARYANA), NOV 16Delhi Public School Pinjore continued with the Children’s Day celebration by organizing a Fancy Dress Competition for the students of classes 3 to 5. Young enthusiastic children, some feeling shy in their fancy dress; some beaming with joy looking all confident to win the competition were the attraction in the school. Besides the traditional – all time favourite ideas for fancy dress like fairies, Jhansi ki Rani, Soldier, Phoolwali, Policeman etc. to name a few; it was the innovative ideas that stole the show. A child dressed as the Almanac carrying all the rules and regulations on her person was wonderful, the child dressed as an ‘ upside down’ was excellent and there was no dearth of ideas projected as one after the other children came onto the stage and introduced the character they were representing in the fancy dress show. Some were dressed up to convey messages like ‘Save Mother Earth’, ‘Save The Girl Child’ and ‘Save Tigers’.
It was indeed a delightful competition enjoyed both by the participants and the audience. The Principal, Mr. Samson Masih congratulated the participants for the wonderful show put up by them.
