Shemrock Bliss, Ratpur Colony, Pinjore celebrated Grand Parents Day with great pleasure. The programme began with the Gayatri Mantra performedby the tiny tots. Various activities were also organised in the school by the students to show gratitude towards the grandparents.
Grandparents shared their experiences which were quite touching. A number of games like ties of love, vegetables cart, household tips, Cinderella feet and passing the parcel etc. were organised for the grandparents. Grandparents whole heartedly participated in all the games and enjoyed every bit of fun moments they spent with their grand children and the staff of the school.
Director of school Mrs. Teenu Jolly welcomed the grandparents and also thanked them for having happy healthy and long life.
The winners of the various games were awarded prizes. Refreshments were also served to the grandparents. Grandparents were highly appreciative of the initiative taken by the school to honour them and make feel loved and cared for.
