Deepawali Pujan at Hallmark Public School, Panchkula

The joy of festival season was in the full swing at Hallmark Public School in Sector 15 here today. A pot pourri of co-scholastic activities for  the students, from the class playway –VII was organized. Tiny tots from the Playway –III participated very actively in diya decoration competition. Class-IV onwards added various colours of joy in Rangoli making competition.
Deepawali Pujan was done by following all the rituals like enchanting the mantras and special prayers for the deities Lakshmi and Ganesha, were held, the classes were decorated with paper lamps, earthern lamps. Birthday Bash was also celebrated with great pomp and show.
Director Jivtesh Garg and the Principal Kavita Wadhwa endorsed that Diwali marks the victory of good over evil. We should also uproot the demons inside us and spread the light of wisdom and brotherhood. They added that these activities are the  sculpturing tools to create a balance, confident and true Hallmarkite- a true human being.
