Haryana to fill up 503 post of Punjabi language teachers

CHANDIGARH, APRIL 27
The Haryana Government will soon fill up 503 posts of Punjabi language teachers. This was stated by Haryana Education Minister Mrs. Geeta Bhukkal while talking to media persons at Panchkula near here today.
She said that teachers of Punjabi language would also be appointed in Mewat. Apart from this, government is also trying to promote Urdu language in the state.
         On being asked to comment about taking of private schools under government control, Mrs. Bhukkal said that there is no such move under consideration of the government. She said that the management of aided schools had approached for this, but for the  time being, talks were  going on with the managements of aided schools. Any decision to this effect would be taken only after consultation with the Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda,she added.
