Job seekers in foreign countries can file resume online at www.haryanajobs.com

Haryana Employment Department has set a target for 20,000 placements through job fairs during the current financial year.
          While stating this today, an official spokesman said that as many as 20,123 applicants were placed through job fairs in the previous Financial Year. In order to cater to the growing demand for skilled and unskilled labour , technicians , IT professionals ,Engineers and Doctors in foreign countries especially in the middle-east, An Overseas Placement Bureau in the Department had been set up . The applicants  willing to go abroad could post their resume online at www.haryanajobs.com .
For  more information about overseas placement bureau,willing applicants could contact on toll free number 1800-1802-038 or could call on the office telephone number 0172-2578000 and 2572111. So far, 101 applications have been placed in Middle East and 104 have been sent to various countries for higher studies. He said that under Unemployment Allowance Scheme, unemployment allowance was given every three months to educated unemployed   through banks. About Rs 54.77 crore had been distributed since the implementation of this scheme till March 31, 2012.
          He said that the department had established private placement cells at Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ambala, Sonepat, Yamuna Nagar, Rohtak, Hisar, Panipat and Bahadurgarh to provide jobs to skilled and qualified persons in private sectors. All the District employment offices has been computerized and the department has been providing all the necessary facilities to them online through www.hrex.org
