Army recruitment drive for youth of Bhiwani, Rewari, Mahendergarh

CHANDIGRH, JUNE 29
Indian Army will conduct open recruitment drive exclusively for the youth of Bhiwani, Rewari and Mahendergarh districts at Rao Tula Ram stadium, Rewari from August 19 to 26, 2012.
          While stating this today, Director, Recruitment, Dadri, Col. P.C. Pusti said that recruitment would be made for the posts of Constable for  General Duty, Clerk, Technician and Nursing Assistant. He said that matric pass candidates in the age group of 17-and-a-half years and 21 years could participate in recruitment drive. Candidates below 18 years of age would have to produce affidavit of permission from their parents. Candidate having 45 per cent marks in matriculation would be eligible for recruitment. Apart from this, wards of ex-servicemen should come with certificate to this effect.
          Certificate of being unmarried  should be signed by the candidate himself and the sarpanch.  He said that caste, character and residence certificates duly attested by Tehsildar or Sub Divisional Magistrate would only be accepted.  Such candidates found having tattoo made  except on  the inner side of hand  would not be eligible for recruitment. Col Pusti said that those who would qualify physical test would appear in the written examination on October 28, 2012.
