Chief Minister announces ex-gratia

CHANDIGARH, JULY 30 
The Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda has announced to give an ex-gratia of Rs two lakh to next of kin of  each of the those who lost their lives in a tragic road accident near Hisar today. He also announced to give Rs 50,000 each to the seriously injured and Rs 20,000 to the injured.
          The State Government is also providing free treatment to the injured.
          On hearing the news of the tragic accident, the Chief Minister cancelled his today’s programmes in Kurukshetra and rushed to Hisar to console the members of the bereaved families and enquire about the well being of the injured.
          According to initial reports, 22 persons had lost their lives on the spot and seven others had died on way to hospital. Many other were injured as the canter in which they were travelling collided head on with a truck near village Sainiwas at Hisar-Rajgarh road.
