CHANDIGARH, JULY 23
Haryana Governor Jagannath Pahadia, who is also the Chancellor of YMCA
University of Science and Technology Faridabad, has nominated eleven persons as
members of the Court of University for a term of two years with immediate
effect.
While stating this here today, spokesman of the
University said that Lt. General. (Retd) A.K. Nanda, Dr. Mantha, Chairman-All
India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, Engineer. H.S. Chahal,
Vice Chancellor, Deen Bandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and
Technology (DCRUST), Murthal, Dr. M.L. Ranga, Vice Chancellor, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology(GJUST), Hissar and Dr.
Shiv Gangukar, Director, IIT, Delhi have been nominated as members
of the Court of YMCA University of Science and Technology.
He said that Professor. S.K. Ray, Former Additional Secretary
–cum-Financial Advisor, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD),
Government of India, New Delhi and Professor. (Dr.) Shivali S. Chauhan,
Additional CDA, Office of Principal CDA have been nominated as members of
Finance Committee.
Also, Professor. Raj Kumar, Principal, RAS College of Education,
Saharnwas, Rewari, Professor.(Mrs) Anu Singh Lather, Dean University School
Of Management Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University,
Professor. K.D. Gupta, Professor, (DCRUST), Murthal and Professor. N.C.
Nautyal, Professor in Mathematics, (DCRUST), Murthal have been nominated as
members of Academic Council, he added
