Haryana CM expresses show at Jaspal Bhatti's death

CHANDIGARH, OCT 25
Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has expressed shock and grief over the sudden passing away of noted humoristactor and filmmaker, Mr Jaspal Bhatti in a tragic road accident near Jalandhar  early today. He was 57.
          In a condolence message issued here today, the Chief Minister said that Mr Bhatti was known for highlighting the problems of the common man in a satirical manner. Mr Hooda said that Mr Bhatti would be long remembered for his television series ‘Flop Show’ and mini capsules ‘Ulta Pulta’.
          Mr Hooda also conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the members of the bereaved family and prayed that the departed soul might rest in peace.
          Minister of State for Information, Public Relations and Cultural Affairs, Pt. Shiv Charan Lal Sharma, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Mr K.K.Khandelwal, Director General, Information,Public Relations and Cultural Affairs, Mr Anand M. Sharan, Media Advisor to Chief Minister, Mr Shiv Bhatia, Additional Media Advisors to Chief Minister, Mr Sunil Parti and Mr Kewal Dhingra also condoled the demise of Mr Jaspal Bhatti.
