Haryana to recruit 1513 drivers in Haryana Roadways

CHANDIGARH, OCT 25
The Haryana Government has decided to recruit 1513 drivers in Haryana Roadways.
          While stating this here today, Director General, State Transport, Haryana, Mr. Arun Kumar said that recruitment on these posts would be made for heavy vehicles on contract or daily wages basis. He said that out of total, 131 posts would be filled up from General category, 858 from candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, 389 from candidates belonging to Backward Class-A and 135 posts from Backward Class-B category. The application from eligible candidates should reach to the General Manager of the depot concerned of Haryana Roadways on or before December 10, 2012.
          He said that applicant should not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age on closing date. No candidate would be allowed to apply at more than one depot. All such applications of the applicants applying at more than one depot would be summarily rejected. The selected candidates would be liable to serve at any place, whether within or outside the State of Haryana. All applications should be submitted through registered posts to the office of General Manager concerned before the closing date.

  29 EMPLOYEES PROMOTED
The  Haryana Health Department has promoted its 29 employees to the posts of Computer and Statistical Clerk with immediate effect.
          While stating this here today, Director General Health Services, Dr. D.P. Lochan said that about 60 to 70 Staff Nurses would soon be promoted to the posts of Nursing Sisters. Similarly, promotion case of Multipurpose Health Workers (Female) was also under consideration in the department, he added.
SAT PAL SHARMA RE-DESIGNATED
The Government has re-designated Mr. Sat Pal Sharma, Under Secretary Health Department as Deputy Secretary Health Department with immediate effect.
