CHANDIGARH, NOV 20
Haryana Board of School Education has extended the last date of
submission of application form for the annual examinations of secondary and
senior secondary of Haryana Open School to March 31, 2012 for the candidates of
fresh category. The exams are scheduled to be held in April 2013.
While giving this information today, a spokesman of the Board said that the
students were required to submit the application form at the Board office. He
said that contact classes were being organized at the study centres of the students
on every Sunday in the months falling between October 28, 2012 to March 10,
2013. Assignments of all subjects had already been dispatched to all the study
centres, he added.
He
said that the students had been told to collect the assignments from their
study centres and submit the same at their centres. In case of any
problem in attempting the assignment, the student could contact his teacher or
lecturer.
The spokesman said that Haryana Open School had implemented Contact Programme
Evaluation from this session under which assessment of the students performance
of the studies would be made during the contact classes at study centres.
Surprise inspection would also be carried out by the officers and employees of
the Board at the Study Centres and the evaluation would be based on two factors
Participation and Assignment, he added.
He made it clear that the students were not required to make any payment to any
teacher or lecturer in this regard. In case, if anyone demands the amount, the
students could inform the Board. Other notices and advertisements would
be issued from time to time through the Board website www.hbse.ac.in,
he further added.
SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS IN BSc NURSING
Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of
Health Sciences, Rohtak will conduct supplementary examination of B.Sc Nursing
and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from December 7, 2012.
Giving this
information today, a spokesman of the University said that the supplementary
examination of B.Sc Nursing would be conducted from December 7 to 22, 2012
whereas, the supplementary examination of Post Basic B.Sc Nursing would be held
from December 7 to 27, 2012.
THREE PERSONAL ASSISTANTS PROMOTED
The Haryana Government has promoted three Personal Assistants of Haryana Civil
Secretariat as Private Secretary with effect from the day they assume
charge of their new assignment.
They
are Raj Kumar posted in the office of State Information Commission,
Chattarbhuj Sharma , office of Public Works Minister and Rajinder Sharma posted
in the office of Education Minister.
