In case manual budget proposal has already been sent to the Finance Department, the concerned Department should ensure that data is entered online and sent online to the Finance Department also at the earliest possible so that their budget demand can be considered. He said that in case the Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) fail to submit their non plan budget requirements online by December18, 2012, they will not be able to draw any payments from the treasury with effect from December 19, 2012.
He said that if any Budget Controlling Officer  (BCO) failed  to send budget requirements by December 24, 2012, all DDOs created by   him in his user lD would not be able to draw any payment from treasury with effect from December 25, 2012.
