Army recruitment rally in Karnal from Feb 5-13

 A recruitment rally would be organized by Indian Army at Karan Stadium, Karnal from February 5 to 13.
          While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that for recruitment of constables, only those youth who are 170 cm tall would be allowed to enter the stadium and for the recruitment of clerks youth with 162 cm height would be allowed to participate in the process of recruitment. He said that on February 5, the recruitment of religious teachers including Pandits, Maulvis, Padris, Majbis Sikhs and Ram dasias would be held. Similarly, on February 6, recruitment of youth belonging to district Karnal, Panchkula and Chandigarh would be held, on February 7 youth belonging to district Ambala, on February 8 youth belonging to district Kaithal and on February 9 youth belonging to district Kurukshetra and Yamunanagar would be recruited.
          He said that on February 10 recruitment of soldiers and store keepers belonging to all castes would be held. On February 11, recruitment of clerks on February 12 recruitment of storekeepers from Kaithal and Chandigarh would be held. On February 13 recruitment of soldier technical youth would be held. He said that to carry out recruitment in a transparent manner, CCTV cameras would be installed in all main places of the stadium. Those bearing tattoos on any part of their body other than their forearms would not be allowed to participate in the recruitment rally.
          Those selected, would have to appear in a written examination in head office of recruitment office in Ambala on last Saturday of April.
