Thirteen police personnel of Haryana have been honoured on the
occasion of Republic Day. While Additional Director General
(Administration), Police Headquarters, A. K. Dhull has been awarded
President’s Police Medal for distinguished service, 12 others have been
awarded police medal for meritorious service.
These 12 police personnel included Satyendra Kumar, Commandant General,
Home Guards and Director, Civil Defence, Krishan Kumar Rao,
Superintendent of Police, Panipat, Visheshar Singh, Inspector,
Vigilance, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited; Om Parkash, Inspector,
OI, Telecom; Kali Ram, Inspector, Haryana Armed Police, Madhuban;
Ramesh Kumar, Sub Inspector, State Crime Record Bureau, Madhuban; Zile
Singh, Sub Inspector, Haryana Police Academy, Madhuban; Har Parshad, Sub
Inspector, DCP, East Gurgaon; Jaswant Singh, Sub Inspector, DPO,
Hisar; Inder Singh, Sub Inspector, RTC, Bhondsi; Gurmeet Singh, Sub
Inspector, office of AIG, Traffic, Karnal and Manjeet Singh, Assistant
Sub Inspector, State Vigilance Bureau (Headquarters).
