With a view to
provide a platform to the Industrialists to share their views and grievances
with the officials of the Labour Department, the Haryana Labour Department will
hold an open interaction session with the industrialists of Gurgaon on February
8 at GIA House in Gurgaon.
While stating
this today, a spokesman of the Department said that this would be the
second such session. The programme would highlight the requirement of documents
for factory license, building plan and R.C. and license under Contract Labour
Act. The information would be shared through a power point presentation by
experts in these areas. He said that every requirement related to the
functional area would be supported with acts, rules and directions.
He said that
check lists for all these activities have been drafted and circulated to
different offices and factories for smooth and fast working. The delivery time
for these activities has been reduced to a great extent. He said that efforts
are being made to deliver a factory license within fortnight, factory building
plan within a month and R.C. within a week. He said that the programme would
provide an open domain for all industrialists to have question hour session
with the concerned officers for redressal of grievances. Similar
programmes would be conducted in whole of National Capital Region during
next few weeks so as to cover all important factories, he added.
