Kaithal DC’s appeal to maintain peace

Kaithal  Deputy Commissioner Chander Shekhar has appealed to villagers of Pabnava to maintain peace, harmony and brotherhood in village.
            He said that a team of officers under the supervision of Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) Mr. Hawa Singh has been constituted for further investigation. The team included Tehsildar, Naib-Tehsilar (A/c), Naib Tehsildar Dhand and Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Pundri. The team would assess the damage in houses caused due to the incident happened in the village Pabnava on April 13. Special steps have been taken by district administration to meet each and every need of villagers. The supply of electricity, water and milk has been restored in village and arrangements of foodgrain and fodder for animals had been ensured.
            Superintendent of Police, Mr. Kuldeep Singh Yadav said that two more people responsible for incident namely Master Karan Singh and Pardeep have been arrested in this case. The number of arrested persons has reached to 15. Other 13 people who have been arrested included Sultan Singh alias Hada, Pardeep Alias Budi, Krishan, Udai alias Udda, Rajkumar alias Muggad, Sanjay Kumar alias Mushi, Mintu alias Satpal, Rampal, Ankush, Ishwar alias Kala, Sawan, Rampal and Mangat  Ram.
He said that Peace committees have been constituted to maintain peace and unity in the village. Adequate police force had been deployed for security purpose. He appealed the people to cooperate with administration. Maintaining peace and harmony among villagers is our collective responsibility, he added.
