CM enquires about well being of VC Shukla

CHANDIGARH, MAY 26
 Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today visited Gurgaon hospital to enquire about well being of former Union Minister Mr V.C.Shukla who was seriously injured in Chattisgarh Maoist attack, which left 27 dead including two senior Congress leaders and many injured.
He met Mr Shukla’s wife and other close relatives who were present at the hospital and wished his speedy recovery. Mr Hooda assured the family of all help from the Haryana government and gave directions in this regard to the district administration. He went to the ICU where Mr Shukla is admitted and enquired from the doctors about condition of his health. Mr Hooda was told by the doctors that condition of Mr Shukla is serious but stable.
While inquiring about the wellbeing of Mr Shukla from his family members in a hospital of Gurgaon, Mr Hooda has strongly condemned the tragic incident of ambush on a convoy of Congress leaders in forest area of Chhattisgarh in which  a senior Congress leader was killed and many others including former Union Minister Mr V.C.Shukla were injured.
        Later, Mr Hooda also went to enquire about the health of former Haryana Chief Minister Mr Om Prakash Chautala who is also under treatment in the same hospital and wished his speedy recovery.
Others present on the occasion included Member Parliament, Mr Naveen Jindal, HPCC President Mr Phool Chand Mulana, Political Advisor to Chief Minister Prof. Virender Singh, MLA Badshahpur Rao Dharampal and other Congress party leaders and officers of district administration.
