40 IAS and 1 HCS officers transferred in Haryana

The Haryana Government has issued the transfers and postings orders of 40 IAS officers and one HCS officers with immediate effect. These include one Additional Chief Secretary, Eight Principal Secretaries, Commissioner of Gurgaon and Rohtak Divisions and Deputy Commissioner of Panchkula, Yamunanagar, Ambala, Karnal, Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Sonipat, Jind, Rohtak and Gurgaon. 

  S.C. Choudhary, Additional Chief Secretary, PW (B&R) and Architecture  departments has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Transport and Civil Aviation Departments vice   Hardeep Kumar who goes as Principal Secretary to Govt., Haryana, Excise & Taxation Department vice  Rajan Kumar Gupta who goes as Principal Secretary Finance and Planning Departments in place of Sanjeev Kaushal who will new Principal Secretary, PW (B&R) and Architecture Departments.         

P.K.Das, Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department goes as Principal Secretary, Social Justice & Empowerment and Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Departments vice R.R. Jowel who has been posted as Principal Secretary to Govt. Haryana, Technical Education Department Relieving  Dhanpat Singh  of the said charge.

 Vijai Vardhan, Principal Secretary, Tourism, Archaeology & Museums and Cultural Affairs Departments will also lookafter the work of Principal Secretary, Environment Department vice Avtar Singh who has been posted as Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department and Fisheries.

            Smt.Shashi Bala Gulati, Principal Secretary, Fisheries Department goes as Principal Secretary, Women & Child Development Department.    

            Smt.Sumita Misra, Director General and Secretary, Women & Child Development and Managing Director, Women Development Corpn., Transport Commissioner, Transport Department and Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Development Corporation and Director General, Tourism & Hospitality, Haryana  and Secretary, Tourism & Hospitality Departments Relieving   Anand Mohan Sharan, of the said charge.

             A.K. Singh, Director General and Secretary, Agriculture, Haryana and Chief Administrator, HUDA, Panchkula vice  D.P.S. Nagal who has been posted as Gurgaon Division, Gurgaon, Special Commissioner, Health & Nutrition, Mewat Area, Gurgaon, Chairman, Mewat Development Agency and assisting Dr. N.C. Saxena, who has been appointed Commissioner by Hon’ble Supreme Court in PUCL Vs UOI & Ors (W/P) (C ) 196 of 2001 vice   Chander Parkash.

              H.S.Malik, Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department will also lookafter the work of Director General and Secretary, Archaeology & Musuems in addition to his own duties vice   Vikas Yadav who will be new Deputy Commissioner, Karnal and Commissioner, M.C., Karnal vice Smt. Renu S.Phulia who becomes Director and Additional Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment, Haryana and Director and Additional Secretary, Women & Child Development, Haryana and Managing Director, Women Development Corpn and Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights.          

             Suresh Kumar Goyal, Secretary, Irrigation Department, Administrator, CADA., Managing Director, HSMITC and Secretary, PW (B&R) Department will look after the work of Managing Director, Haryana Warehousing Corporation vice   Brijendra Singh.

Smt. Suprabha Dahiya, Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak goes as Managing  Director,Haryana Dairy Development Coop. Federation Ltd relieving   C.R.Rana, of the said charge.

             Vijayendra Kumar, Managing Director, Haryana Agro Industries Corporation and Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Departmenthas been posted as Director General, Technical Education, Haryana and Secretary,  Technical Education Department vice Brijendra Singh.
