Praying for well being of Haryana people, state and country

As the nine-day Ashwin Navratras began today, Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda was among the first few to pay obeisance at the holy shrine of Shri Mata Mansa Devi at Panchkula near here .
          Mr. Hooda was accompanied by his wife Mrs. Asha Hooda.
          Mr. Hooda participated in the Ghat Sthapna and also performed Yajna amidst chanting of mantras. Chief Parliamentary Secretaries, Mrs. Anita Yadav and Mr. Prahlad Singh Gillakhera, Principal OSD to Chief Minster Mr. M.S Chopra, MLA Mr. D.K. Bansal, Political Advisor to Chief Minister, Prof. Virender, OSD Mr. B.R. Beri and other dignitaries also made offerings in the Yajna.
          Later, while interacting with the media persons, Mr. Hooda said that he has prayed for the well being and prosperity of people and all round development of the State and the country. Mr. Hooda said that this is a holy place and people from different parts of the country visit  this temple to pay their obeisance.
 The people have immense faith in goddess Mata Mansa Devi. Mr. Hooda said that during the eight-and-a-half years long tenure of the present State Government, a number of development works have been undertaken at Shree Mata Mansi Devi Shrine Complex and adequate facilities are being provided to the pilgrims. As a result of this, there has been considerable increase in the devotees visiting the temple every year.
Mr. Hooda also inaugurated a blood donation camp organized by Indian Council of Social Welfare and Lions Club Panchkula City, Haryana Chapter at the premises of the complex. Mr. Hooda also presented badges to the blood donors and honoured the members of Lions Club for their significant contribution by presenting them mementos.
Mr. Hooda also inaugurated the first phase of Gau Dham at Shree Mata Mansa Devi Shrine and flagged off an ambulance donated by Managing Director, Summer Estate, Mr. Vinod Bagai to the Red Cross Society Panchkula. This ambulance would be linked with 102 Ambulance Service of the State Government.

Arora, Sub Divisional Magistrate Panchkula Mr. Gurmeet Singh, Chairman Ayush, Mr. Sanjay  Atri, Chairperson, Haryana Live Stock Mission, Ms. Santosh Sharma, Inspector General of Police Ambala Range, Mr. Rajbir Deswal, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ashwin Shenvi, Chairman Zila Parishad Mr. Rajesh Kona, Congress Leaders namely Mr. Om Parkash Devi Nagar, Mr. Ravinder Rawal, Director, Public Relations, Panjab University, Mr. Vineet Punia, Secretary, Red Cross Society Panchkula, Mrs. Vijaya Lakshmi and other dignitaries were also present on this occasion.
