CHANDIGARH, NOV 28
The two-day 8th
Pinjore Heritage Festival would be organized at Pinjore Gardens, near
here, on November 30 and December 1, 2013 with traditional fervor and
enthusiasm.
While giving this information here today, Managing Director, Haryana
Tourism Corporation Mrs. Sumita Misra said that the two-day Heritage
Festival would be inaugurated by Chairman, Haryana Tourism Corporation Mr.
Chakrvarty Sharma and Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha Mr. Kuldeep Sharma
would be Chief Guest during the closing ceremony of the festival on December 1.
Mrs. Misra said that cultural evenings would be organized during the Heritage
Festival where renowned artistes would give their performances. On November
30, Kathak Recital would be staged by Rashtriya Kathak Sansthan, Lukhnow. Also,
the renowned Indian classical singers namely Mr. Rajan and Sajan Misra would
give their presentations. On December 1, International Punjabi sufi music duo
Hari and Sukhmani would enthrall the audiences with their performance, she
added.
