CHANDIGARH, APRIL 28
The Haryana Government has decided that the Head of the Department or Office concerned will issue the experience certificate, when demanded, where the person engaged on contract basis by adopting proper procedure as laid down in Part-II of the Outsourcing Policy.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that however, no experience certificate would be issued by any authority in the government or Public Undertakings or institutions where a person is engaged through service provider. In such cases, it would be issued by the concerned service provider.
He said that a letter has been issued in this regard to all the Administrative Secretaries, all Heads of Departments, Commissioners of all four Divisions of Ambala, Hisar, Rohtak and Gurgaon, Registrar, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, all Deputy Commissioners and Sub Divisional Officers (Civil) in the State, Registrar, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa, Pt. B.D Sharma University of Medical and Health Sciences, Rohtak and Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwa Vidhyalaya, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat and all the Managing Directors, Chief Administrators of Boards, Corporations and State Public Sector Undertakings.
