Haryana Govt modifies pay structure of AROs

CHANDIGARH, JULY 31
The Haryana Government has decided to modify the pay structure of Assistant Research Officers (AROs) and Research Officers (ROs) working at Haryana Civil Secretariat.
While giving this information here today, an official spokesman said that the modified pay structure would be applicable with effect from October 21, 2013 that is the date from which the pay structure of their junior counterpart in ERAMU Cell was modified.
He said that earlier the pay structure of AROs was PB-2, Rs 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs 4000 which has now been modified to PB-2, Rs 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs 4200. Similarly, the pay structure of ROs was PB-2, Rs 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs 4600 which now has been modified to PB-2, Rs 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs 4800 entry level and Grade Pay Rs 5400 after four years regular satisfactory service.
HOODA CONGRATULATES GEN DALBIR SUHAG: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has congratulated General Dalbir Singh Suhag, for assuming the office of Chief of Army Staff.
Dalbir Singh hails from Bishan village in Haryana's Jhajjar district.
Mr Hooda wished good luck to the new Army Chief and said, " we are proud of our brave soldiers as every tenth soldier of the Armed Forces hails from the state."
Mr Hooda hoped that the Indian Army would be further strengthened and emerge stronger under the able leadership of the new Army Chief and this would also inspire more youth from Haryana to join the Armed Forces.
HAU WINTER TIME SCHEDULE: Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU), Hisar will switch over to winter time schedule from August 1.
The university will remain open from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on all working days, with lunch break of one hour from 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.
These timings will remain effective till April 30 next. He said that the revised timings would also be observed at all outstations of the university including College of Agriculture, Kaul, Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) and Regional Research Stations (RRSs) located in the state.
It may be mentioned that since May 1 this year summer timings (7.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.) were being observed in the university.
