CHANDIGARH, JULY 3The Monsoon session 2014 of Haryana Vidhan Sabha would be held from July 11, 2014. The consent of the cabinet has been obtained through circulation of agenda to council of ministers in this regard.
TWO HCS OFFICERS TRANSFERRED: The Haryana Government has issued posting and transfer orders of two HCS officers with immediate effect. Mr.Virender Lather, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Sonepat has been given the additional charge of Managing Director, Cooperative Sugar Mills, Sonepat in place of Ms. Nishu Nee Namrata Singal, who has been posted as Joint Director(Admn), Medical College, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat against a vacant post.
LAPTOPS FOR GRAM SACHIVS: Kaithal has become the first district of the State to distribute laptops to Gram Sachiv (Panchayat Secretary) of Development and Panchayats Department.
While giving this information today, an official spokesman said that laptops were distributed to the Gram Sachiv in a programme organized at Kaithal today.
He said that now with the help of laptop, the Gram Sachiv would be able to maintain online record of their concerned panchayats. Besides, the cash book being filled up by them daily would also be made computerized.
Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal Mr. N.K Solanki congratulated the department on this achievement which will lead to making online availability of panchayat records.
