CHANDIGARH, JULY 26
Haryana Governor and Chancellor Jagannath Pahadia has appointed Major General (retired) Dr Ranjit Singh Vice-Chancellor of Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind.
The Chancellor has also appointed Professor Asha Kadyan, Vice-Chancellor of Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila University, Khanpur Kalan, Sonipat.
Dr S K Gakhar of Centre for Biotechnology, MDU, Rohtak will be new Vice- Chancellor of Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani. These Vice-Chancellors would have term of three years.
Dr R S Sharma, Vice-Chancellor of Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa has been given the additional charge of Vice-Chancellor of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar.
