Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kanwar Pal has constituted 12 committees for the year 2015-16 and has also nominated members for them.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha, Mr. Kanwar Pal will be the Ex-Officio Chairperson for the Rules Committee whereas MLAs namely Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Mr. Randeep Singh Surjewala, Mr. Abhay Singh Chautala, Mr. Parminder Singh Dhull, Dr. Abhe Singh Yadav, Mr. Ghan Shyam Dass and Mr. Gian Chand Gupta have been nominated as the Members of the Committee. Similarly, Deputy Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha has been nominated the Ex-Officio Chairperson for the House Committee whereas MLAs namely Mr. Kuldip Sharma, Mr. Naseem Ahmed, Mr. Shyam Singh Rana and Mr. Om Parkash Yadav have been nominated as the Members of the Committee.
He said that MLA, Mr. Gian Chand Gupta has been nominated as the Chairperson for the Committee on Public Accounts whereas MLAs namely Mr. Abhay Singh Chautala, Mr. Ranbir Singh Gangwa, Mrs. Kiran Choudhry, Mrs. Shakuntla Khatak, Mr. Subhash Barala, Dr. Kamal Gupta, Mr. Harvinder Kalyan and Mr. Umesh Aggarwal have been nominated as the Members of the Committee. MLA, Mr Krishan Lal Panwar has been nominated as the Chairperson for Committee on Public Undertakings whereas MLAs namely Mr. Udai Bhan, Mr. Hari Chand Midha, Mr. Parminder Singh Dhull, Mrs. Prem Lata, Mr. Mahipal Dhanda, Mr. Assem Goel, Mr. Naresh Kaushik and Mr. Lalit Nagar have been nominated as the Members of the Committee.
He said that likewise, MLA Mrs. Santosh Yadav has been nominated as Chairperson for Committee on Estimates whereas MLAs namely Jagbir Singh Malik, Mr. Ghanshyam Saraf, Mr. Sri Krishan Hooda, Mr. Tejpal Tanwar, Mr. Ghan Shyam Dass, Mr. Kehar Singh, Mr. Anoop Dhanak and Mr. Jasbir Deswal have been nominated as the Members of the Committee. MLA, Sardar Jaswinder Singh Sandhu has been nominated as the Chairperson for Committee on Government Assurances whereas MLAs namely Dr. Raghuvir Singh Kadian, Mr. Kuldeep Bishnoi, Mrs. Renuka Bishnoi, Mrs. Prem Lata, Mr. Shyam Singh Rana, Sardar Bakhshish Singh Virk, Dr. Banwari Lal and Mr. Nagender Bhadana have been nominated as Members of the Committee.
He said that similarly, MLA, Mr. Balwant Singh has been nominated as Chairperson for Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes whereas MLAs namely Mr. Pirthi Singh, Mr. Jaiveer Singh, Mr. Bhagwan Dass Kabir Panthi, Mrs. Bimla Chaudhary, Mr. Bishamber Singh Balmiki, Mr. Kulwant Ram Bazigar, Mr. Ram Chand Kamboj and Mr. Balkaur Singh have been nominated as Members for the Committee. MLA Mrs. Seema Trikha has been nominated as the Chairperson for Library Committee whereas MLAs namely Mr. Jai Tirath, Prof. Dinesh Kaushik, Mrs. Latika Sharma, Mr. Sukhwinder and Mrs. Naina Singh Chautala have been nominated as Members of the Committee.
He said that MLA Mrs. Santosh Chauhan Sarwan has been nominated as Chairperson for Committee on Public Health, Irrigation, Power and Public Works (Building and Roads) whereas MLAs namely Mr. Randeep Singh Surjewala, Mr. Zakir Hussain, Mr. Vipul Goel, Dr. Pawan Saini, Mr. Om Parkash Yadav, Mr. Rahish Khan, Mr. Om Parkash Barwa and Mr. Assem Goel have been nominated as Members of the Committee. Similarly, MLA Dr. Abhe Singh Yadav has been nominated as Chairperson for Committee on Local Bodies and Panchayati Raj Institutions whereas MLA namely Mr. Jai Parkash, Prof. Dinesh Kaushik, Mr. Subhash Sudha, Mr. Manish Kumar Grover, Mr. Makhan Lal Singla, Sardar Bakhshish Singh Virk, Mr. Rajdeep Singh Phogat and Mr. Tek Chand Sharma have been nominated as Members of the Committee.

MLA Mr. Manish Kumar Grover has been nominated as Chairperson for Committee on Subordinate Legislation whereas MLAs namely Mr. Karan Singh Dalal, Mr. Mool Chand Sharma, Mr. Nayab Singh Saini, Mr. Ravinder Machhrouli, Mr. Tek Chand Sharma, Prof. Ravinder Baliala and Advocate General, Haryana have been nominated as Members of the Committee.
