Practical exams for D Ed course from Sept 18

CHANDIGARH, SEPT 14
The Haryana School Education Board will conduct the practical examination of the fourth semester of D.Ed course (regular) from September 18 to 26 in their respective educational institutions.
While giving this information today, a spokesman of the Board said that the respective candidates of practical exams could get their instructions letter and pre- printed marks list from their Head of the institutions or their designated officers by September 17, 2015 at 11am from the office of District Education Officer in their respective districts.
AGRICULTURE OFFICERS WORKSHOP: Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agriculture University (CCSHAU), Hisar will hold a two-day state level Agriculture Officers Workshop-Rabi on September 18 and September 19, 2015 at Hisar. During the workshop, recommendations which are to be implemented on the crops in the coming Rabi season will be finalized.
While giving this information, a spokesman of the University said that the vice-chancellor of the University, Dr K S Khokhar would be the chief guest of the workshop while Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture, Mr Dhanpat Singh would preside over the inauguration function of the workshop. As many as 450 Agriculture scientists and officers of Agriculture Department and workers will participate in the workshop.
BPSGMC TOPS: The Bhagat Phool Singh Government Medical College (BPSGMC) for Women, Sonepat has topped with 96 per cent in the result of MBBS (first profession) recently declared by Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. Neha, student of the BPSGMC has topped in the university by securing 76 per cent.
Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij congratulated the topper of the exam, Neha and others for their outstanding performance. He said that in future also this college would give tough competition to other colleges and improve the level of education.
Giving information in this regard, Director, BPS Government Medical College for Women, Dr R. C. Siwach said that the first five positions have also been secured by the girls of BPSGMC, Sonepat. Not only this, nine students of the college have secured more than 70 per cent and about 65 per cent of students have secured more than 60 per cent marks, he added.
