Haryana State Council for Science and Technology has declared results of the State Level Science Essay Writing Competition which was conducted for school students for 2015-16 at Government Senior Secondary School, Kurukshetra on January 15, 2016.
While giving this information here today, a spokesman of the Council said that Sanya Dudeja, a student of Class X, DAV Public School, Sector-14, Gurgaon stood first and won the cash prize of Rs 10,000, Chavi, a student of Class 11, Dayal Singh Public School, Yamunanagar stood second and won cash prize of Rs 8,000 and Manka Bajaj, a student of Class 10, St. Tharesa Convent School, Karnal stood third and won cash prize of Rs 6,000.
He said that 11 consolation prizes of Rs 3,000each were also given away which included Mohit of Class IX, Hometron Grammer School, Faridabad, Shivangi of Class IX, Pratap Public School, Sector-6, Karnal, Suhana of Class X, John Wesley Convent School, Rohtak, Bhavya Lalit of Class XII, Dyal Singh Public School, Sector-7, Karnal, Muskan of Class XI, Vaish Model Senior Secondary School, Bhiwani, Prapti of Class XII, Indus Public School, Jind, Aastha Tyagi of Class XII, DAV Public School, Yamunanagar, Sylvia of Class X, Indus Public School, Jind, Uttra Shelatkar of Class XI, Sunglow International School, Rewari, Parul of Class XI, Indus Public School, Jind and Sakshi of class XI, Holy Family Convent School, Gohana, district Sonipat.
