Doctors, assistants to be paid for performing post-mortem

CHANDIGARH, APRIL 5
Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij said that now doctors and their assistants of Class IV, would be given Rs 1,000  and Rs 500 respectively for performing post-mortem in hospitals. Earlier they were being given Rs 10 and Re one per postmortem.
          This decision was taken in a review meeting of Health and Medical Education Departments presided over by, Mr Anil Vij here today.
          Mr Vij said that all hospitals would soon be   made online under e-Upchar system. So far, the complete record of patients of nine district hospitals, a Community Health Centre, a Primary Health Centre, a AYUSH hospital, a Medical Colleges at Khanpur and Nalhar, have been made online. The record of patients taking treatment in these hospitals would also be available online in other hospitals too for their treatment.
         Those present in the meeing included, Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Mr P K Mahapatra, Additional Chief Secretary, Medical Education and Research Department, Dr K K Khandelwal, Managing Director, National Health Mission, Mr Rajiv Ratan, Director General, AYUSH, Dr Saket Kumar and Directors of medical colleges and senior officers of Health Department.
PAINTERS WORKSHOP: Painters from all over Haryana would participate in a 2-day workshop at Gurugram, Gurgaon on April 9 and 10 and draw paintings on the theme of ‘Vishav Mein Gunje Humari Bharati’.
          While giving this information here today, Director of Haryana Kala Parishad, Mr Ajay Sinhal said that the workshop would be organized  at S.N. Sidheshvar School, Sector-9, Gurugram by Haryana Kala Parishad.
         He said that the workshop would be inaugurated on April 9 by MLA Gurgaon, Mr Umesh Aggarwal and Vice-Chairman, Haryana Kala Parishad, Mr Sudesh Sharma. The same day, a grand cultural evening would be organized where Mr T. L. Parkash would be the Chief Guest. The Programme Officer, Mrs Lila Saini would preside over the cultural evening.
          He said that the workshop would conclude on April 10 and the closing ceremony would be presided over by State President, Sanskar Bharati, Major. Deen Dayal Saini. Mr Ajay Sinhal would also address the participants of the workshop.
2 HPS OFFICERS TRAINSFERRED: Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders of two HPS officers with immediate effect.
          Suresh Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Bahadurgarh has been transferred as such to Haryana Police Academy, Madhuban against a vacant post.
          Dheeraj Kumar, DSP, Jhajjar has also been posted as such at  Bahadurgarh vice Suresh Kumar.
