The Haryana Government has decided that the Dearness Allowance (DA) payable to State Government employees on revised scales of pay will be enhanced from the existing rate of 119 per cent to 125 per cent of the pay with effect from January 1, 2016.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that the installment of DA payable shall be paid in cash to all Haryana Government employees with the salary for the month of April 2016 to be paid in May 2016.The payment of arrears of enhanced DA for the month from January to March 2016 shall be made in the month of May 2016.
A notification to this effect has been issued by Finance Department here today.
