CHANDIGARH, MAY 23
The Haryana Government has decided that the benefit of six months maternity leave for the birth of children beyond the second child will be extended without waiting for the approval of the Finance Department on case to case basis.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of Finance Department said that a written communication to this effect has been sent to all Heads of Departments.
UPGRADED: The Haryana Government has upgraded the grade pay of employees working in Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils and Municipalities with effect from September 1, 2014.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that the grade pay of employees with pay scale 9300-34800+3600 has been increased to 4000. Similarly, the grade pay of those with pay scale 9300-34800+3200 has been increased to 3600.
3.68 CR. SANCTIONED: The Haryana Government has sanctioned Rs 3.68 crore for the purchase of vehicles under the scheme for Modernization of State Police Force during the current Financial Year.
While stating this here today an official spokesman said that a proposal to this effect has been approved by Chief Minister Mr Manohar Lal.
NUTRIOUS FOOD FOR PRISNORS: With a view to ensure nutritious food to jail inmates, Haryana Government has decided that they would be served Dal Urd,Dal Masur and Dal Moong once a week and for the second time during the week, they would be served Rajma, White Gram and Black Gram.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of Home Department said that a proposal to this effected has been approved by the Chief Minister Mr Manohar Lal.
