Haryana Board of School Education declares results

CHANDIGARH, MAY 30
Haryana Board of School Education today declared the results of Senior Secondary (Fresh) and Subject to Be Clear (STC) / Credit Transfer Policy (CTP) examination of Haryana Open School April -2016 conducted by it. The candidates can check their results on Board’s website www.bseh.org.in.
          While stating this in a joint statement issued here today, Board’s Chairman, Dr. Jagbir Singh and Secretary, Mr Pankaj said that the pass percentage of Senior Secondary Open School (Fresh) April-2016 is 43.85   whereas that of Senior Secondary Open School STC or CTP April 2016 is 55.24.
          They said that 30,361 candidates had appeared in the examination of Senior Secondary (Fresh) of which 13,314 candidates passed and 16,425 candidates got STC. In this examination, 22,468 boys had appeared, of which 9,455 passed and their pass percentage is 42.08 whereas, out of 7,893 girls, 3,859 passed and their pass percentage is 48.89. The pass percentage of girls over boys has achieved an increase of 6.81. While the pass percentage of students of urban areas is 44.37 and of rural areas is 43.63.
          They said that as many as 11,583 candidates had appeared in the examination of Senior Secondary Open School (STC or CTP), of which 6,398 candidates have passed and 4,926 candidates got STC. In this examination, 8,635 boys had appeared, of which 4,763 boys passed and their pass percentage is 55.16 per cent. Out of 2,948 girls   appeared in this examination, 1,635 girls passed and their pass percentage is 55.46. They said that the pass percentage of girls over boys has achieved an increase of 0.30 per cent whereas the pass percentage of students of rural areas is 55.15 and of urban areas is 54.22.
BOOK RELEASE: Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning Department, Haryana, Mr Sanjeev Kaushal will release a book entitled as “DDO ADVISOR’ written by Dr. U.S.Malik, Principal, Accounts Training Institute, Finance Department, Haryana at Accounts Training Institute, 5th Floor, Sinchai Bhawan, Sector 5, Panchkula on May 31 at 12 noon.
          The book is compilation of terms and definitions along with the rules of the 14 Books like CSR, PFR, Budget Manual, Pension Rules, TA Rules, GPF Rules, Punishment and Appeal Rules, STR, Accounts Code. It is beneficial for 3.5 lakh employees and 7,000 DDOs in Haryana State.
SAJJAN KUMAR PROMOTED:  Haryana Government has promoted Sajjan Kumar, Codification and Publication Officer (Hindi) to the post of Deputy Legislative Officer (Hindi) in Haryana Law and Legislative Department, with immediate effect.
ADDITIONAL CHARGE: The  Haryana Government has ordered that Bhupinder Singh, HCS,  Director and Special Secretary, Agriculture Department   will also hold the charge of Director General, Horticulture in place of Mr.Arjun Singh Saini.
