Capt. Abhimanyu discusses with Ambassadors possibilities for investment

CHANDIGARH, JUNE 2
Haryana Industries and Commerce Minister Capt. Abhimanyu today met three Ambassadors of India to different countries, who called on him for exploring possibilities of cooperation in the fields of industries, education and culture.
        These ambassadors, who hail from Haryana, included   Ambassador to Slovak Republic, Mr. Param Jit Mann, Ambassador designate to Republic of Armenia, Mr. Yogeshwar Sangwan and Ambassador to Republic of Mali, Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma.
        While Ambassador to Slovak Republic, Mr. Param Jit Mann discussed possibilities of investment in the footwear and garments sectors, Ambassador to Republic of Mali, Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma discussed possibilities of investment in the mining and agriculture sectors. Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma said that 60 per cent of Mali’s economy is based on agriculture. Therefore, agricultural research and development could be promoted with Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar.
        Capt. Abhimanyu said that after completion of Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) and Kundli-Ghaziabad-Palwal (KGP) expressways, possibilities in industries and trade sectors would be generated within 30-kilometre area around national capital Delhi which would benefit Haryana.
        Principal Secretary, Industries Department, Mr. Devender Singh was also present in the meeting.
YOGA TRAINEERS' INTERVIEWS POSTPONED: The interviews for posts of yoga trainers and physical fitness volunteers, which were earlier scheduled to be held by Haryana Sports and Youth Affairs Department on June 4, 5 and 7 at headquarters and other districts of the State, have been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.
        While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Department said that the revised dates of interviews would be informed to all candidates through newspapers.
 CPA SEMINAR IN BRISBANE:  Deputy Speaker, Haryana Legislative Assembly, Mrs. Santosh Yadav will participate in 27th Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Seminar to be held at Birsbane, Queensland, Australia from June 5 to 9, 2016.
          She will participate as an official delegate from the CPA Haryana branch. This seminar is intended to be intensive learning exercises in Parliamentary matters where discussions on Parliamentary practices and procedure as well as relationship between Parliament and contemporary issues would be held.
          The delegates from nine CPA regions will attend the seminar.
