Haryana to organise yoga programmes in all districts

CHANDIGARH, JUNE 21
 With a view to celebrating International Yoga Day in a befitting manner in the State on June 21, the Haryana Government has decided to organize yoga programmes at district level.
            Stating this here today, an official spokesman said that Governor of Haryana, Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh Union Territory, Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki and Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal would participate in the national level function being organized in Chandigarh on the occasion of international yoga day. Haryana Health Minister, Mr Anil Vij would also participate in the national level function in Chandigarh.
          He said that Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Mr. Krishan Pal, would be the Chief Guest at the district-level yoga programme to be organised  at Faridabad on the occasion of ‘International Yoga Day’.He said that Haryana Education Minister, Mr. Ram Bilas Sharma, would be the Chief Guest at the district-level yoga programme in Ambala, Agriculture Minister, Mr. O.P. Dhankar, at Rohtak, Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Minister, Rao Narbir Singh, at Gurgaon, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister, Mrs. Kavita Jain, at Sonepat  and Transport Minister, Mr. Krishan Lal Panwar, at Panipat.
        He said that Cooperation Minister, Mr. Bikram Singh Yadav, would be the Chief Guest at the district-level yoga programme in Bhiwani, Public Health Engineering Minister, Mr. Ghanshyam Saraf, at Jind, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Minister, Mr. Krishan Kumar at Hisar, Food and Supplies Minister, Mr. Karan Dev Kamboj, at Kurukshetra and Minister of State for Mines and Geology, Mr. Nayab Singh at Rewari.
        He said that among the Chief Parliamentary Secretaries, Mr. Shyam Singh Rana would be the Chief Guest at the district-level yoga programme in Karnal, Mr. Bakhshish Singh Virk at Yamunanagar, Mrs. Seema Trikha at Palwal and Dr. Kamal Gupta would be the chief guest at the function in Kaithal.
          He said that similarly Mr Gian Chand Gupta, Chief Whip of ruling party would be the Chief Guest in Panchkula, Presidents of Zila Parishads would also be the Chief Guests at these functions at Fatehabad, Jhajjar, Narnaul, Mewat (Nuh) and Sirsa.
