Haryana developing new Aadhar based system

  CHANDIGARH, NOV 8
The Haryana Government is developing a new Aadhar based system     to make it easy for the elderly persons to get themselves enrolled for social security pension without visiting government offices to apply for the same. Those  who have been issued Aadhaar cards,   now need not apply to get the ‘old age allowance’ as they would automatically start receiving it in their bank accounts upon attaining the age of 60 years.
This was stated by Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal while addressing a public meeting at village Chaudhriwas in Nalwa Assembly Constituency in district Hisar today. He also announced development projects to the tune of about Rs 195 crore for the Constituency.
He said that while several irregularities were being committed in implementation of social security pension schemes during the previous governments, the present State Government decided to disburse the pension directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries, which was opposed by the middlemen. After the service was made online, 1.5 lakh such cases came to light wherein pension was being claimed wrongfully. He urged the people of the State to get their Aadhaar enrolment done.
Assuring the people of the area that their long-pending demand for water would soon be met, the Chief Minister said that the storage capacity of waterworks would be increased from 15 days to 30 days to meet the demand for drinking water.         He said that all level railway crossings in the area would be removed and eight railway overbridges and underbridges would be constructed at a cost of Rs 95 crore. He also announced to give Rs 100 crore for roads, boosting stations, vyayamshalas, school upgradation, cleaning and making pucca the water courses, construction of primary health centres and community health centres and other development works in the area. He also assured to consider the demand for inclusion of Siwani in Hisar. He also announced to establish girls college in Chaudhriwas.
Finance Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu, said that during its first two years  , the Government has conducted surgical strike on corruption in the same way that Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi, had taught Pakistan a lesson by conducting surgical strike across the Border. He said that in the Swarna Jayanti year of Haryana, the Government would endeavour to make it the most advanced State in the world.
State BJP President, Mr. Subhash Barala, and Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Dr. Kamal Gupta, also spoke on this occasion.
