CHANDIGARH, NOV 27
In compliance of the Punjab and Haryana High Court order, the Haryana Staff Selection Commission has decided to call candidates for scrutiny of documents equal to four times the number of advertised vacancies of Junior Engineers in various trades, from the top of the merit list of written examination.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Commission said that the Roll Numbers of the candidates called for scrutiny of documents for the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical) Category No. 5, Junior Engineer (Civil) Category No. 7, Junior Engineer (Horticulture) Category No. 8, (including the roll numbers shown in the result dated November 10, 2016 and November 11, 2016) Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Department Haryana Advt. No.2/2015 and for the post of Junior Engineer (civil) Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana against advt. No. 2/2015 Category No. 9 (in addition to those mentioned in the result and addendum dated October 18, 2016) are available on the web-site of Commission i.e. www.hssc.gov.in. He said that after the scrutiny of documents, the candidates twice the number of vacancies who fulfill all the eligibility conditions laid in the advertisement will only be called for Viva-voce/Interview.
He said that the Scrutiny of documents for the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical) Category No. 5, Junior Engineer (Civil) Category No. 7, Junior Engineer (Horticulture) Category No. 8, PWD B&R Department Haryana Advt. No.2/2015 and for the post of Junior Engineer (civil) Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana against advt. No. 2/2015 Category No. 9 will be held on December 2, 2016. The candidates are advised to report at 09:00 a.m. in the Commission Office, Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula, he added.
The candidates are also directed to bring all the original documents, set of attested copy all documents and self attested copy of downloaded Application Form. In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of documents he or she will not be considered for Viva-Voce or Interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter, he added.
He said that the candidates who were absent for Viva-voce/Interview on November 16, 2016 for the post of Junior Engineer (civil) Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana against advt. No. 2/2015 Cat No. 9, who consider themselves eligible, may also come for scrutiny of documents on December 2, 2016.
He said that it is important to note that after the scrutiny of documents if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies above would be called for interview. If it is found that candidate twice the numbers of vacancies are not eligible from amongst these candidates then the Commission may publish another list for scrutiny of documents, he added.====balbirsingh227@gmail.com
