CHANDIGARH, APRIL 25
The 40th Annual General Meeting of the State Council of the Haryana State Bharat Scouts and Guides will be held under the chairmanship of Governor-cum-President of the State Association, Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki in Haryana Raj Bhawan, here on April 27, 2017 at 11:30 a.m.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that the budget estimates for the year 2017-18 would be discussed in the meeting. Apart from this, annual report on the work done would also be presented to the House.
The spokesman said that District Education Officers and District Elementary Education Officers alongwith Best Scouts and Guides, Cubs and Bulbuls, one each from every district would be given award on the basis of their outstanding performance in the field of scouting and guiding. Selected Scoutmasters and Guide captains would also be honoured for their excellent performance.
He said that Annual General Meeting of the State Executive Committee would be held under the chairmanship of Dr K. K. Khandelwal at the State headquarters, Sector 14, Chandigarh onApril 26 at 5 p.m.
Director, Secondary Education and Director, Elementary Education and all the District Education Officers, the District Elementary Education Officers and other office bearers would attend this meeting.
