HARCO earns rofit of Rs32.01 crore

CHANDIGARH, MARCH 6
The Haryana State Cooperative Apex Bank Limited (HARCO) Bank has earned a profit of Rs32.01 crore during the financial year 2016-17.
          This information was given in a meeting of the Bank held under the chairmanship of Chairman HARCO Bank Mr Gulshan Bhatia here today. Mr Bhatia had reviewed the performance of the bank as well as District Central Cooperative banks (DCCBs).          It was also informed that 18 DCCBs out of 19, have earned profit of Rs.22.71 crore in financial year 2016-17. Data of all 718 Primary Agriculture Cooperative Societies have been migrated into CBS and one lakh RuPay Kisan Credit Cards have been issued to the farmers by DCCBs till date.          Managing Director, HARCO Bank Mr Satbir Sharma informed that State Government has provided financial assistance amounting to Rs.206.87 crore to 17 DCCBs to achieve CRAR at the level of 9 per cent as per Reserve Bank of India norms. He further apprised that the deposits of all DCCBs were Rs.7863.02 crore as on March 31, 2017.          The Chairman has appreciated the best performance of Mr Hari Mohan Godara, General Manager DCCB Yamuna Nagar, Mr Vijay Singh, General Manager DCCB Jhajjar, Shri Ramesh Punia, the then General Manager, DCCB Jind and Shri Rajiv Mathur, DCCB Panchkula. He also allotted targets of recovery and advances to all the DCCBs and congratulated 18 DCCBs for earning profits.          Mr Yeshvir Singh, Assistant Manager HARCO bank was also appreciated by the Chairman for best dealing of complaints on CM Window. Mr Ashiwani Kaushik and Mr Jaipal, Assistant Managers, HARCO bank was also appreciated in the House for their best efforts to release financial assistance of State Government to DCCBs. Mr Pyush Hooda, Manager, Vishal, Manager on contract basis, Himanshu Dhillion, Manager of Computer Cell were appreciated for their best performance in Information and Technology.
