Posting and transfer of 19 IAS officers in Haryana

CHANDIGARH, APRIL 12

 The Haryana Government has issued posting and transfer orders of 19 IAS officers with immediate effect.

          Mr.Rajan Kumar Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department in place of Mr.Raja Sekhar Vundru and Addl.Chief Secretary, Printing and Stationery Department in place of Mr.S.K.Gulati, who goes as Additional Chief Secretary, Forests and Wild Life Department vice Mr.Roop Ram Jowel, who has been posted at Additional Chief Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment Department in place of Mr.Amit Jha.

          Mr.Devender Singh, Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Electronics and Information Technology Departments has been posted as Principal Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology and Civil Aviation Departments.

          Mr.Trilok Chand Gupta, Principal Secretary, Monitoring and Coordination Department and works related to implementation of C.M. announcements has been posted as Principal Secretary, Skill Development and Industrial Training and Employment Departments relieving Mr.A.K.Singh and Principal Secretary, Haryana Governance Reforms Authority and Principal Secretary, Administrative Reforms Department.

          Mr.Amit Jha, Principal Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment Department has been posted as Principal Secretary, Health Department and CEO, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board.

          Mr.Sudhir Rajpal, Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial Infrastructural Development Corporation and Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation has been posted as Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department relieving Mr.Devender Singh. Mr.Raja Sekhar Vundru, Principal Secretary, Haryana Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial Infrastructural Development Corporation and Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation vice Mr.Sudir Rajpal.

          Mr.Pradeep Kasni, Managing Director, Haryana Land Reclamation Development Corporation has been posted as Chief Executive, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board in place of Mrs.Garima Mittal, who goes as Director, Elementary Education and Additional Secretary, School Education Department relieving Mr.S.S.Phulia of the said charge.

          Mrs.Amneet P.Kumar, Secretary, Secretariat Establishment and Finance Department has been given the additional charge of  Mission Director, National Health Mission relieving Mr.Saket Kumar.

          Mr. T.L.Satyaprakash, Director and Special Secretary, Town and Country Planning, Public Relations, Cultural Affairs, Languages and Grievances Departments has been given the additional charge of Director and Special Secretary, Science and Technology Department vice Mr.Rajeev Ratan.

          Mr.Ashok Sangwan, Director and Special Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department, Advisor and Special Secretary, Civil Aviation Department has been given the additional charge of Director and Special Secretary, Mines and Geology Department against vacant posts.

          Mr.Shekhar Vidyarthi, Director and Special Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department, Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority, Director and Special Secretary, Environment Department has been given the additional charge of Chief Administrator, Housing Board relieving Mr.Brijendra Singh.

          Mr.Vivek Atray, Special Secretary, Haryana Monitoring and Coordination Department has been given the additional charge of Director and Special Secretary, Arts and Cultural Affairs Department relieving Mr.T.L.Satyaprakash of the said charge.

          Mr.G.Ganesan, Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board has been given the additional charge of Managing Director, Haryana Land Reclamation Development Corporation in place of Mr.Pardeep Kasni. Mr.Rajiv Rattan, Director and Special Secretary, Science and Technology Department has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Secondary Education Department against a vacant posts.

          Mr.Vinay Pratap Singh, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Gurugram, Special Officer for Implementation of Smart Grid Project by Haryana Power Utilities has been given the additional charge of Additional Labour Commissioner, Gurugram and Mr.Munish Sharma, Sub Divisional Officer(Civil), Loharu has been posted as Sub Divisional Officer(Civil), Hathin against a vacant posts.
