Haryana fixes fee structure for its engineering colleges

CHANDIGARH, JUNE 19
The Haryana Government has fixed fee structure in all its four government engineering colleges for the academic session 2017-18 in the state.
          While stating this here today, a spokesman of Technical Education Department said that Rs 40,000 per year per student had been fixed for different courses in Ch. Devi Lal State Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panniwala Mota in Sirsa; Ch. Ranbir Singh State Institute of Engineering and Technology, Silani Kesho in Jhajjar; Rao Birender Singh State Institute of Engineering and Technology, Zainabad in Rewari and Government Engineering College, Nilokheri in Karnal. 
          As per the engineering fee structure fixed for year 2017-18, he said that the students would be required to pay Rs 30,000 per annum tuition fee, Rs 3,000 of student fund, Rs 500 each for seminar or conference, student aid fund and caution money, Rs 2,500 for lab development, internet, placement, counseling and training, examination free of Rs 1,000 (as per University) and fee for sports or youth welfare magazine, medical or NSS Rs 2,000.
