Additonal charge given to six Chief Accounts Officers

CHANDIGARH, AUG 29
The Haryana Government has given additional charge to six Chief Accounts Officers (CAO) and one Accounts Officer of Finance Department with immediate effect. 
          Poonam Singla, CAO in the office of Mission Director, National Health Mission, Panchkula has been given additional charge of the office of Director, Women and Child Development Department, Panchkula. 
          Rajesh Kumar Gupta, CAO in the office of Chief Administrator, Housing Board Haryana, Panchkula has been given additional charge of the office of Chief Administrator, HUDA, Panchkula while Mukesh Kumar Gandhi, CAO in the office of Administrator, HUDA, Panchkula has been given additional charge of the office of Chief Administrator, HUDA (Audit Cell), Panchkula.
    Ram Lal Singla, CAO in the office of Engineer in Chief, Irrigation Department, Panchkula has been given additional charge of the office of Additional Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre, Panchkula.
          Raghubir Singh Gehlawat, CAO in the office of Administrator, HUDA, Faridabad has been given additional charge of the office of Managing Director, Sugar Mills, Palwal.
          Yashvir Singh, CAO in the office of Managing Director, Cooperative Sugar Mills, Meham has been given additional charge of the office of Director Principal, PGIMS, Rohtak. 
          Lok Nath, Accounts Officer in the office of Chief Executive Officer, DRDA, Karnal has been given additional charge of Senior Accounts Officer of the office of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Karnal.
SPECIAL CAMPAIGN: With a view to ensure quality of construction works being carried out in the State, the Haryana Government has decided to run a special campaign to identify and blacklist contractors who use low-quality raw material.
        This was disclosed by Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Minister, Rao Narbir Singh, who was presiding over a review meeting here today. 
        The Minister directed the Technical Adviser of the Department to carry out field visit and take samples of material being used in construction work for investigation. He also directed to take samples of materials being used in four-laning of National Highway-71 from Masani Barrage to Rewari, Rewari rest house and overbridge being constructed on National Highway-8 over Sahibi river for testing. 
ADDITONAL CHARGE: Haryana Government has given additional charge of Chief Administrator, Shri Mata Sheetla Devi Shrine Board (SMSDSB), Gurugram to IAS Officer, Vinay Pratap Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram and CEO-cum-Secretary, Haryana Smartgram Development Authority, with immediate effect.
