Come October 2, 2017 and the Town and Country Planning Department of Haryana Government would entertain only online applications. Besides, it has decided to accept all payments and compliances online from September 18.
Applications for the grant of Change of Land Use (CLU), extension of CLU, release of bank guarantee and extension of community sites in the state would be accepted online from Gandhi Jayanti.
Giving this information here today, an official spokesman said this would make things easy for the people, increase work efficiency of the department and put an end to the possibility of corruption through maximum use of information technology.
One seeking grant of CLU would have to submit to field officer concerned mandatory documents like land or ownership documents, that is sale deed, intkaal, jamabandi and aks sajra in original released by the revenue authorities besides copies of the lay-out plan and survey plan besides copy of the CLU application (CLU-I) signed in original by all concerned, and copy of the acknowledgement slip generated after online filing of application.
The spokesman said the department had launched e-Payments to receive online payments and e-Compliance, to receive mandatory compliances against Rules 24, 26, 27 and 28 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules, 1976. From September 18, all payments and compliances against Rules 24, 26, 27 and 28 would be received in online mode only.
The accounts branch at the headquarters would be extra vigilant to ensure that the orders are complied both in letter and spirit.
After September 18, any compliance of Rules 24, 26, 27 and 28 received in paper form would be returned with an advice to submit these online. The online application in this regard could be accessed through link provided on the home page of the department’s website that is tcpharyana.gov.in, the spokesman added.
