He said that partial benefit to the extent of Rs 2,500 per square metre, out of the Government of India grant of Rs 105 crore, envisaged to be received for the leather cluster, would be passed on to the allottees or entrepreneurs setting up their industrial units at the Mega Leather Cluster. Thus the land premium for Mega Leather Cluster, Sohna would be Rs 7,500 per square metre as against prescribed or base or reserve allotment rate of Rs 10,000 per square metre.
He said that in case grant amount is not sanctioned or availed or received or withdrawn for the project for any reasons at any stage, the benefit of grant passed on to the allottees would be recovered from the existing allottee or transferee of the plot, along with applicable interest. He said that the allottees would be governed by other relevant clauses of Estate Management Procedures (EMP), as amended from time to time.
