CHANDIGARH, NOV 13
The 32nd Surajkund International Crafts Mela will be held at Faridabad from February 2 to 18, 2017 in which Kyrgyzstan is the Partner Nation.
This was informed by Haryana Additional Chief Secretary, Tourism, Mr Vijai Vardhan in a meeting with Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan, Mrs. Samargul Adamkulova held at New Delhi today.
Mrs Samargul has assured that her country will put up a great participation with a Tourism and Information Pavilion, Participation of Artisans and Cultural Performers. A Kyrgyz food Court would also be set up besides creating kyrgyz ambience in the Foreign Participation area in the Mela.
Mr Vardhan assured best cooperation on behalf of Haryana Tourism and Surajkund Mela Authority.
Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation, Mr Maheshwar Sharma was also present in the meeting.
